Your Wisdom Sonic Clean Toothbrush warranty starts on the day of purchase and runs for 1 year. If it is defective during the warranty period, we will replace it free of charge*.

The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage such as scratches, or damage caused by:

1. Normal wear and tear
2. Accident, misuse, dirt or water
3. The product being tampered with or Improper Use
4. Failure to take proper care of the product, including recharging
5. The product being used for commercial purposes

• Wisdom electric toothbrush is more effective at removing plaque compared to manual brushing due to its advanced features and technology:
• High-Speed Movements: Our electric toothbrushes use rapid sonic vibrations to clean teeth more thoroughly. These movements can reach speeds of thousands of strokes per minute, which is far more than manual brushing can achieve.
• Specialized Modes: Our toothbrushes offer at least 5 dedicated modes which are designed to target and break up stubborn plague
• Timers and quad pacer: All of our Wisdom electric toothbrush have Built-in timers to ensure users brush for the recommended two minutes, while interval alerts encourage even cleaning across all areas of the mouth.

These features combine to provide a superior clean, helping to reduce plaque buildup, maintain oral health, and prevent gum disease.

• Our Wisdom Sonic Clean lasts for up to 60 days and takes about 4 hours to fully charge
• Our Wisdom Sonic Pro lasts for up to 30 days and takes about 2.5 hours to fully charge
• Our Wisdom Super Sonic lasts for up to 30 days and takes about 8 hours to fully charge as it is more powerful

Yes, all Wisdom Electric Toothbrushes are waterproof, so it is ok to use them in the shower. However, we don’t recommend immersing your brush in the water.

Make sure you completely dry the handle after use and before charging

Because one of the main purposes of a toothbrush is to remove bacteria from your mouth, it’s important to keep your toothbrush sanitary and free of bacteria.

1. After brushing, rinse your brush head thoroughly under running water.
2. Remove the brush head from the handle and clean both parts separately under running water.
3. If necessary, use a mild detergent/cleanser and water to clean the outside of the handle.
4. Wipe the head and the brush dry or let air dry before you put the handle on the charger
